Find out more by watching the video below!
Maybe you, like Malik, are most nervous about hitting the infamous “wall,” making it the full distance, or what to do when you “gotta go”—if you know what we mean. We know that running a marathon (and everything that goes with it) can be scary. But don’t worry, we’ve got Training Tips coming for each of those concerns, plus a few more—so stay tuned!
Some homework for you till then:
If you’re a first-time marathon runner, think about what you are most excited and/or nervous about. Then think about how you can prepare yourself for facing some of those nerves come race weekend.
If you’re a returning marathon runner, how can you encourage first-timers?
Thanks for watching and stay tuned for next week’s video!
