Though it may be counterintuitive, acknowledging and making room for negative self-talk can help you during training! Negative self-talk is often a reflection of how you feel on the inside, so when you push away those bad thoughts, you are dismissing your own feelings and emotions about something.


But it doesn’t stop there---you can’t let negative self-talk win. Instead, present an alternative to stay motivated and keep going!
