RISE Run Club

One of our passions is working with ordinary people with

extraordinary goals. RISE Fitness Community's half and full

marathon training program is designed for those

contemplating training for their first half marathon, full

marathon, or for an athlete looking to PR. We plan 3 runs

each week as well as 2 cross training days. The 3 runs are

focused on quality, speed, and building endurance. Each

week our participants receive a newsletter with pertinent

training information and guidance that help them train well,

fuel well, and cross the finish line at their best. We also have

group runs planned for Saturday mornings. Even though

there are so many value-adds to this program, we have found

that the camaraderie and accountability are by far the most

rewarding part.
