Welcome to our interactive Training Page that will give you the online tools needed to keep track of your health goals, personalize your runs and compare your training plan with friends and co-workers. Additionally, as a participant in the Nationwide Better Health Columbus Marathon or ½ Marathon, you will be able to download helpful training, injury prevention and nutrition tips. We anticipate that this page will be your virtual training place and as such, we want to keep you motivated to achieve your personal goals on race day and along the way.
