Why is Corporate Wellness Important?
Recent studies show that a physically active employee will cost a company approximately $400 less per month than an inactive employee. (Source: American Journal of Health Promotion). With the rising direct health care costs for corporations, there has been a large focus on how the community can combat this epidemic. The Step-By-Step Challenge is a way to encourage corporate fitness and philanthropy.
