Street Closures
Starting on Saturday, Oct. 20, various streets throughout the Columbus area will be closed to road traffic. All Start Line (Broad Street east of High Street) streets will reopen on Sunday, Oct. 21 by 10:30 am. All Finish Line streets (Nationwide Blvd. will reopen on Sunday, Oct. 21 by 3 pm. On Sunday, Oct. 21, 26.2 miles of the marathon course will be subject to rolling closures based upon the expected time the first and the last athlete passes each mile of the course. Saturday, Oct. 20, 9 a.m.
- North curb lane of Broad St. closes
- South curb lane of Nationwide Blvd. from McConnell to Marconi Blvd. closes (NOTE: Entrances and exits from all Nationwide parking lots and garages will remain accessible)
- West St. from Marconi Extension to Nationwide Blvd closes
Sunday, Oct. 21, 12:30 a.m.
- All of Nationwide Blvd. from McConnell to Marconi closes
- McConnell Ave. from Spring St. to Nationwide Blvd. closes
- West St. from Spring St. to Nationwide Blvd. closes
- Marconi Blvd. from Nationwide Blvd. to Ludlow St. closes
Sunday, Oct. 21, 2:30 a.m.
- All of Broad St. from High St. to Third St. completely closes
- Starting at Broad Street and for the 26.2 miles of the marathon course and the 13.1 miles of the ½ marathon course, roads will be subject to partial or full closure based upon the expected arrival times of the first and last athlete.
- Spring St. west of Third (until noon)
Sunday, Oct. 21, 3:00 p.m.
- Reopen all lanes of Nationwide Blvd.
