bless you. in one article, you have just hit on every insecurity that chased me down and beat me up this morning. had to go out of town last week & into the weekend. i logged 64 hours for the old payroll last week and that doesn't even include the social hours i didn't get paid for. i had quite a bit of anxiety over what sort of ridiculously lavish meals would be served so i packed plenty of 100 calorie pack snacks, fiber bars, protein bars and almonds. so glad i did. i was in charge of that situation, but still feel out of control with the jet lag. next weekend the 10 week countdown clock begins. time to get out of bed, put on shoes and discard my excuses. thanks for the article. good luck in your journey!
